Gold-Ticket Core Policy Starting 1/01/2019

Gold-Ticket is putting a policy for reports on cores.
Reports will be clear if they are not valid.
For reference please look below for Valid and Not Valid.

Please write the invoice to comply to these policy otherwise you can not report for a core and you need to collect thru other means.

Report Valid

• Invoice needs to have a core value and a signature.
  (core due , exchange only is not enough)
• Report needs to have a core description.
  (make, model, part etc.. so the yard that has been
  reported knows, just core is not enough)

Report Not Valid

• The invoice does not have a core value.
• There is no core description in report.
• If the reported yard was not notified thru Gold-Ticket system
  that the core was ready or it was ready and did not made an attempt to pick it up.
  (phone call, or any other system does not count)

Payment and Pickup

• If you pick up the part then you need to deliver the core back.
• If the part was delivered to you then they need to pick up the core.
• The core needs to be picked up at the same place where the part was delivered
  Unless different arrangements where made and they are written in the invoice.
• When there is an attempt to pick up the core after they have been notified that it was ready for pick up and they can not pick it up for any reason (yardman is at lunch, we are to busy, forklift is down etc...)
  then the reported yard needs to deliver the core.
• The core needs to be paid or returned before the report due date. if the report is cleared and the core it's not returned then the core can not be reported any more and the yard will have to try to collect by other means.
• Any issues will be handle thru PANEL but the reports will be cleared if they are not valid.
